About
A clearer view of your student's pathway.
PrepRoom College was built for families who want a steady, clear voice in a noisy space. We're not agents. We're not scouts. Our job is to help families see the pathway clearly and make the next move with confidence.
Why we exist
Families in Grades 8–12 face questions about academics, scholarships, athletics and university fit. Understanding what matters at each stage helps them prepare with enough time to act.
We started PrepRoom to help Canadian families discover, understand and prepare for U.S. university opportunities, with practical guidance across academic and athletic pathways.
What we do
We help families read where their student actually stands, understand the range of realistic options, and identify the next three moves that matter. That's it. No highlight reels. No promises. No pipeline.
Some families work with us once. Others stay with us across grades. Both are fine. We're here when the decision matters.
Who's behind PrepRoom College
Two advisors, two pathways, one plan.

Patricia Wodi, MD, FAAP, BCC
Co-Founder, Academic & Merit Pathway
Dr. Patricia Wodi is a board-certified pediatrician and experienced college consultant. She brings both clinical expertise in adolescent development and hands-on experience with the admissions process — helping students build a college list that actually fits them, plan coursework and testing with enough runway to do it well, and shape an application that reflects who they are rather than a generic template.
She has helped students and families in her community successfully navigate the transition from high school to college and university.

Voke Boghean
Co-Founder, Athletic Pathway
Voke brings real-world experience and a strategic approach to the athletic recruiting process. As a parent who successfully guided two of her own children through college athletics, she understands what families are navigating — because she's lived it. She now helps students and parents cut through the noise, create a clear recruiting strategy, and find the right academic and athletic fit.
Voke works closely with families to build personalized plans, identify opportunities, and advocate for students through every step of the recruiting journey.

Grades 9 and 10 quietly decide what's possible later. We plan accordingly.
What we are not
- We are not agents or representatives. We provide planning and decision support, not student representation.
- We are not scouts. We don't evaluate on-ice talent for programs or promise exposure.
- We are not a placement service. We help families evaluate options and prepare for their next steps.
- We are not affiliated with the NCAA or any college, league, or team unless expressly stated.
